  To note, I am still in the process of completing on my new build property, so I am still going through the process with PCS Legal.
  They take forever to respond to emails and normally only respond after having to be prompted with a second (or sometimes third) email. They either never answer the phone, or I am told by a receptionist that "someone will return your call" which rarely happens. I was also speaking to numerous advisors at one point rather than dealing with one person. I do wish I had done my due diligence beforehand.

  Very Poor Service, They take your money . The returning of calls is so poor I have to wonder what is going on. Are they so overworked that a mere telephone call cannot be returned? My original case worker left the company for whatever reason and another lady that took over the case was so slow it was frustrating. You get the usual excuses as to why you can't speak with them when you call. I was assured in the beginning that they do fast turn around which is a total exaggeration. They actually take longer than a normal case would take.
  Would I recommend only if you have no rush or urgency and are quite happy to wait for a really stupid question to be asked and then responses to your questions not answered but a round about question asked so it looks like they are actually working.
  Come on PCS get your act together. After posting this review I must say they did improve on their service so I am awarding 3 stars instead of 1.
